By purchasing, subscribing to, or using any VODReap service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not purchase or use our services.2. ServicesVODReap provides short-form content creation and content repurposing services for gaming creators, streamers, and digital content creators.Services may include:
video editing;
short-form content creation;
captions and subtitles;
hooks and titles;
social media optimization;
content scheduling;
publishing assistance;
VOD and stream clipping;
content calendars;
platform-specific exports;
other related content production services.
Specific deliverables depend on the plan purchased.3. Subscription PlansCertain VODReap services are offered through recurring monthly subscriptions.
Available plans, pricing, deliverables, and production volumes are displayed on the VODReap website at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable billing interval unless cancelled before the next renewal date.4. Event-Based and GTA VI ServicesVODReap may offer limited-time or event-based packages, including GTA VI launch services.
These services may have specific production volumes, turnaround times, scheduling requirements, or service periods.
The 90-Day Full Sprint is sold as a fixed-duration service package rather than a recurring monthly subscription unless otherwise stated at checkout.5. Billing and PaymentPayments are processed securely through Stripe.
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize VODReap and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method at each billing interval until cancellation.
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout.
Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.6. Upgrades and DowngradesClients may be permitted to change eligible subscription plans through the customer billing portal.
Upgrades may take effect immediately and may be billed on a prorated basis.
Downgrades may take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Eligibility to change plans may depend on the subscription purchased.7. Client Content and PermissionsYou represent that you own, control, or have sufficient rights and permissions to all content you provide to VODReap.
You authorize VODReap to access, download, edit, reproduce, adapt, and process submitted content solely as necessary to provide the purchased services.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.8. Client ResponsibilitiesYou agree to provide:
accurate business and contact information;
working links or access to source content;
required platform permissions where applicable;
timely feedback and approvals;
any brand guidelines reasonably required to perform the service.
Production timelines may be delayed when required information or source content is not provided on time.9. Intellectual PropertyYou retain ownership of the original content you provide to VODReap.
Upon full payment, final edited deliverables produced specifically for you are provided for your commercial use, subject to any third-party rights or licences contained in the source material.
VODReap retains ownership of its internal workflows, templates, systems, processes, know-how, and proprietary production methods.10. Portfolio UseUnless otherwise agreed in writing, VODReap may request permission to showcase completed work, performance results, or anonymized case-study information for portfolio or marketing purposes.
No confidential client information will intentionally be published without authorization.11. Turnaround Times
Any production or turnaround times displayed by VODReap are service targets rather than absolute guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Turnaround times may be affected by content volume, revisions, platform access, client delays, technical issues, or extraordinary circumstances.12. Platform PerformanceVODReap does not guarantee a particular number of views, followers, subscribers, sales, engagement, reach, or other social media performance outcome.
Performance depends on factors outside VODReap’s control, including platform algorithms, audience behaviour, creator reputation, source content, timing, competition, and platform policy changes.13. Third-Party PlatformsVODReap may work with third-party services including Stripe, social media platforms, cloud-storage providers, editing software, or communication platforms.
VODReap is not responsible for outages, suspensions, policy changes, account restrictions, or technical failures caused by third-party platforms.14. Prohibited UseClients may not use VODReap services to create or distribute unlawful content or content that violates applicable platform rules or third-party rights.
VODReap may refuse or terminate services where content creates material legal, fraud, abuse, or intellectual-property risk.15. Suspension or TerminationVODReap may suspend services for:
unpaid invoices;
failed subscription payments;
misuse of services;
repeated failure to provide required materials;
unlawful content;
breach of these Terms.16. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VODReap will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or speculative damages arising from the use of its services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.17. Changes to These TermsVODReap may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.18. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Québec and Canada, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in another jurisdiction.19.
